Funky Swims was born out of a passion for the outdoors and a love for wild swimming. Based just outside the stunning Lake District in Cumbria, the idea for Funky Swims began during the 2020 lockdown, when cold water swimming became an essential part of staying active and supporting mental well-being.
What started as a small creative project—designing unique swimwear for personal use—quickly grew into something more. As interest from friends and fellow swimmers grew, Funky Swims evolved into a brand dedicated to creating vibrant, high-quality swimwear that stands out while being eco-friendly and sustainable.
Over the past several months, the focus has been on designing and testing products to ensure they are not only bold and fun but also responsibly made with the environment in mind. Funky Swims is all about combining style, comfort, and sustainability for those who love the water as much as we do.
